Sales Admin Executive

Job Description


  • Answering phone calls to provide sales support (Quotations, queries, feedback/complaints)
  • Process and maintain quotations, PO, Sales Order and other ad-hoc sales and admin related duties
  • Act as customers' main point of contact and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Understand product range and basic product knowledge


  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Friendly, outspoken, and cheerful
  • Self motivated with strong initiative, positive and hardworking
  • Good command of English, Mandarin (to be able to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin speaking clients)
