Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls to provide sales support (Quotations, queries, feedback/complaints)
- Process and maintain quotations, PO, Sales Order and other ad-hoc sales and admin related duties
- Act as customers' main point of contact and maintain customer satisfaction
- Understand product range and basic product knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years’ relevant experience
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proactive and enthusiastic in providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Friendly, outspoken, and cheerful
- Self motivated with strong initiative, positive and hardworking
- Good command of English, Mandarin (to be able to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin speaking clients)
