Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Analyse tender documents and review tender specification requirement
- Prepare quotations for customers and tenders for bids
- Prepare quantities take off
- Source for and obtain quotations from suppliers / subcontractors
- Prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
- Provide the best cost estimates
- Ensure meticulous assessment of costs/ schedule of all project activities
- Support VO and progress claims, contracts administration and documentation for the project teams
Requirements:
- Degree /Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in building services
- Familiar with SIA Contract and making claims
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
