Since 1999, we have been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 and subsequent ISO 9001:2008. We have also been inspected and audited annually to ensure compliance with the ISO standard.
Our quality control system involves the control of all data, documents, purchases, tenders and contracts, staff training and project planning – all of which have been implemented within our business processes. These procedures ensure that projects are executed in accordance with requirements and gives assurance that any non-conformance will be reported, identified, evaluated and tracked for corrective action.
A management representative is also appointed to review, on a project-to-project basis, all quality related matters such as quality procedures, selection of materials and system of work. The representative will also visit various project sites regularly to ensure completed projects are ready to be handed over with high quality.
